What Kinetics Origins collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Kinetics Origins is a design and software studio in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy covers kineticsorigins.com, including the client area at /admin.

What we collect
When you send a project brief: your name, your email and what you tell us about the project.
When you sign in to the client area: your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We ask for nothing else from your Google account.
When you work with us in the client area: the messages, files, comments and approvals you add to your projects.
Your theme choice is kept in your own browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies; the only cookies we set keep you signed in.
Why we use it
To reply to you, plan and run your project, and send you notices about it, such as a new document to approve.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
Supabase stores accounts, projects and files. Vercel hosts the website. Resend sends our emails. Google handles Google sign-in. Anthropic's Claude helps the studio draft project documents when we ask it to.
Each of them handles data only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as we work together and for as long as the law requires afterwards, for example for invoices. Ask us and we'll delete anything we don't need to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails. Write to kineticstrade@gmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
