Using the site
You can browse the site freely. Don't try to break it, get into accounts that aren't yours, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Your account
The client area is for our clients and their teams. Keep your sign-in to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once.
We may close accounts that break these terms.
Projects and payment
Each project has its own written proposal or agreement covering what we build, the price, timing and who owns the work. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
What you share with us
You keep the rights to the files and content you upload. You let us use them only to do your project.
Our content
The site's design, text, logo and code belong to Kinetics Origins. Please don't copy them without asking.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. We aren't liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable or by mistakes on it, except where the law says we must be.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
